EMDR Consultation & Certification
As an EMDRIA Consultant-in-Training, I offer a supportive and collaborative space for therapists who have completed the basic training and are looking to deepen their skills and confidence in EMDR. Whether you're pursuing certification or navigating complex cases, my goal is to help you stay grounded in the EMDR protocol while exploring your own clinical style. I’m currently working under the guidance of an EMDRIA-approved consultant, which means you’ll benefit from a layered approach to supervision that’s both thoughtful and aligned with best practices.
I have a particular interest in working with attachment-related issues and dissociation within the EMDR framework. These areas can feel complex and sometimes overwhelming, especially when individuals present with early relational trauma. During our consultations, we can explore how to pace the work, build safety and stability, and adapt the protocol when needed—all while staying grounded in the principles of EMDR. You're not alone in navigating these challenges, and together we can build your confidence in working with even the most layered cases. I’m here to walk alongside you as you grow in your EMDR work.

Note: An EMDRIA Approved Consultant in Training™ (CIT) can provide a maximum of 15 hours of consultation to an EMDR trained clinician who is working towards certification. EMDRIA Certification™ applicants must obtain 20 hours of consultation on their use of EMDR with clients. The remaining 5 hours of consultation must come from an EMDRIA Approved Consultant™. Although a CIT can provide a letter of recommendation for the consultee seeking certification, a letter of recommendation from an EMDRIA Approved Consultant™ is required for EMDRIA Certification™ applicants (www.emdria.org)
