02 In-home Service
In-home (or community based) therapy brings care directly to you. This may be a good fit for parents, palliative support, or those who face barriers, this option offers the same depth of support delivered with added flexibility, privacy, and ease. Limited spots available. Please contact me for more details. |
03 Virtual Flash Technique Group
An online group for helping professionals utilizing the Flash Technique. What is the Flash Technique? It’s a minimally intrusive option that does not require a person to consciously engage with the traumatic memory and allows for the processing of traumatic memories without feeling distress |
Policies

Fees and Insurance
Standard rates for individual 50 minute sessions are $170. In-home or community based sessions may incur additional travel fees. Approved mental health provider with the Non-Insured Health Benefits (NIHB) Program and provide direct billing via Express Scripts |
Receipts
As a Registered Social Worker my services are eligible to be claimed under the Medical Expense Tax Credit with the Canadian Revenue Agency. Social Work services may also be covered under many employee benefits plans. Please contact your specific provider to confirm your coverage. Receipts are provided for every session. |

Confidentiality
Your privacy and confidentiality are of the utmost importance to me. I use Personal Health Information Protection Act (PHIPA) compliant telehealth services. I adhere to the Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice established by the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (available here), as well the Standards and Scope of Practice set out by the British Columbia College of Social Workers (available here). |
Cancellation and No Show Policy
I require 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This is so that I am able to offer these spots to another client. Changes made with less than 24 hours are subject to a charge of 50% of the booked session, to be paid before future appointments are booked. No show appointments (arrival of 20 mins or beyond) are subject to the full session amount. |
