Standard rates for individual 55 minute sessions are $160; I can direct bill for plans connected to Telus eClaims

Coverage
As a Registered Social Worker with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Services Workers my services are eligible to be claimed under the Medical Expense Tax Credit with the Canadian Revenue Agency.
Social Work services may also be covered under many employee benefits plans. Direct billing is available if your provider is with Telus Health. Please contact your specific provider to confirm your coverage.
Receipts are provided for every session.

Confidentiality
Your privacy and confidentiality are of the utmost importance to me. I use Personal Health Information Protection Act (PHIPA) compliant telehealth services.
I adhere to the Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice set out by the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Worker, which can be reviewed here.
Cancellation and No Show Policy
I require 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This is so that I am able to offer these spots to another client. Changes made with less than 24 hours are subject to a charge of 50% of the booked session, to be paid before future appointments are booked.
No show appointments (arrival of 20 mins or beyond) are subject to the full session amount.
